Account Setup
This guide walks through setting up your SureStage account and organization.
Creating Your Account
Individual Signup
- Go to app.surestage.com/signup
- Choose a sign-up method:
- Email & password
- Google OAuth
- GitHub OAuth
- Microsoft OAuth
- Verify your email address
- Complete the onboarding wizard
Joining an Existing Organization
If your team already uses SureStage:
- Ask your admin to send you an invitation
- Click the invitation link in your email
- Create your account or sign in with SSO
- You'll be added to the organization with the assigned role
Organization Setup
Creating an Organization
After signup, you'll be prompted to create your first organization:
- Enter your organization name
- Choose a slug (used in URLs, e.g.,
acme-corp) - Select your plan (Free, Pro, or Enterprise)
- Invite team members (optional)
Configuring SSO
Enterprise plans support SAML-based SSO:
- Go to Settings > SSO Configuration
- Choose your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin)
- Follow the provider-specific setup guide
- Test the connection
- Enable SSO enforcement (optional)

SCIM User Provisioning
Automate user lifecycle management with SCIM 2.0:
- Go to Settings > SCIM Provisioning
- Generate a SCIM token
- Configure your IdP's SCIM connector with the token and endpoint URL
- Enable automatic provisioning

User Preferences
Customize your experience at Settings > Preferences:
- Timezone - Affects log timestamps and scheduled flow runs
- Theme - Light, dark, or system-matched
- Default simulation settings - Pre-fill values when creating new simulations
- Notification preferences - Email and in-app notification controls
