User Management

Manage team members, invitations, and access within your SureStage organization.

Inviting Users

  1. Go to Settings > Team Members
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer)
  5. Click Send Invitation

The user receives an email with a link to join your organization.

Managing Members

Roles

RoleCapabilities
AdminFull access - manage members, billing, SSO, all resources
EditorCreate and modify simulations, routes, environments, flows
ViewerRead-only access to all resources

Changing Roles

  1. Go to Settings > Team Members
  2. Click the role dropdown next to a member
  3. Select the new role

Removing Members

  1. Go to Settings > Team Members
  2. Click the Remove button next to a member
  3. Confirm removal

The user loses access immediately. Their created resources remain in the organization.

User Status

StatusDescription
ActiveFull access to the organization
InvitedInvitation sent, not yet accepted
SuspendedAccess temporarily revoked by an admin
DeactivatedAccount disabled (via SCIM or manual action)
